Yields: about 5 Dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 - 18oz box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 1 - 8oz container of frozen Whipped Topping (thawed)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup powdered sugar (set aside)
Directions:
- Mix cake mix, topping and beaten eggs together in a large bowl.
- Stir well until mixed.
3. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll to coat into a ball.
4. Place dough balls 1 1/2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
