Pineapple Stuffing

I love stuffing, plain and simple.  Making the stuffing at Thanksgiving with my Mom is always on of my favorite things to do.  Not to mention, she always put aside some for me to eat (before it is baked and before the eggs are added, of course).  It is soooo tasty!

This particular recipe for pineapple stuffing is a close second to the Thanksgiving stuffing my Mom makes.  It might even be better.   I have been fortunate enough to have received this recipe from my sister, who usually makes this dish.  This is the perfect side dish to go with your Easter ham, or just to enjoy any time of the year.  Give it a try for this year's dinner.  I promise you, it will be a hit!
